Mrs. Clinton, head of the president’s task force on health care reform, participated in a forum on proposals to increase access to health care for all Americans during a symposium organized by Senator Wofford. Mrs. Clinton and Mrs. Gore had embarked earlier in the day on a tour of the U.S. to investigate the state of the U.S. health care system and explore initiatives to improve health care for all Americans. Doctors, nurses and health care administrators participated in the forum.
