Senate Leaders Harry Reid (D-NV) and Mitch McConnell (R-KY) spoke on the Senate floor about their meeting at the White House to discuss the “fiscal cliff” tax increases and budget cuts set to take place in January 2013 if Congress failed to reach a budget agreement.
