At a forum with business leaders in Ottawa, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper discussed relations between the U.S. and Canada and described his government as “extremely pro-American.” Topics included the “fiscal cliff,” cross-border trade, and the current U.S.-Canada relationship.
