Professor Yarbrough talked about his book David Hackett Souter: Traditional Republican on the Rehnquist Court, published by Oxford University Press. Following his remarks, he participated in a panel discussion with Karen O’Connor and Mark Tushnet about U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice David Souter. The panelists talked about the late Chief Justice William Rehnquist and Supreme Court nominee Harriet Miers. They also responded to questions and comments from members of the audience. Ms. Strum introduced the author and moderated the panel.
