Representative Gwen Moore talked about her perspective on President Obama's 2012 budget proposal. She supports the budget but is concerned about cuts to winter heating and the overall impact of potential cuts on the poor. She is a Wisconsin colleague of Budget Committee Chair Paul Ryan as well as a member of the committee. Representative Moore also responded viewer phone calls and electronic communications, and questions from senior students taking advanced placement Government and Economic classes at Stony Point High School in Round Rock, Texas. The students participated from the C-SPAN Digital Bus.
