Senator Bob Graham (D-Florida) announced his candidacy for the Democratic presidential nomination in his hometown of Miami lakes, Florida. In his remarks he talked about his experience, national security issues, the war with Iraq and the state of the economy. He also said that he represented the “electable” wing of the party.
