Democratic vice presidential nominee Sen. Al Gore spoke to supporters at an election eve campaign rally in Columbus, Ohio. In his remarks to an enthusiastic crowd of supporters, Sen. Gore lightheartedly responded to campaign attacks by President Bush, and called for the U.S. to unite to solve America’s problems. His wife spoke briefly during Sen. Gore’s speech to urge the crowd to vote for the Clinton-Gore ticket.
