Barbara Lynn, chair of the litigation section of the American Bar Association, moderated a panel of former attorneys general during the ABA’s annual meeting in Atlanta, GA. Panelists talked about the role of the attorney general, the recent lapse of the independent counsel statute, and about the contentious issues they faced while in office.
