Governor Hickenlooper discussed the agenda for the meetings and what the governors hoped to accomplish over the weekend, including the previous day’s session on best practices for the corrections system. The governor also spoke to state issues in Colorado such as unemployment, the economy, implementing the Affordable Care Act, gun control, and sequestration. He responded to telephone calls and electronic communications, including a line for Colorado residents.
