Ruth Goldway talked about the future of the U.S. Postal Service, and she responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. The previous week, in an effort to find ways to deal with its deficit, the Postal Service proposed a 2-cent increase in the price of a first class stamp, bringing the cost to 46 cents.
