Mr. McFaul and Mr. Petro talked Russian President Putin and the future of Russia. Among the issues they addressed were power-sharing with local authorities under the Putin government, the state of the Russian economy, the present and future operation of democratic institutions, human rights issues, and the potential impact of Russian foreign policy on world affairs. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience.
