General Jones talked about the future of NATO. He discussed changes to NATO in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, including changes in command structure and military capability. The general said that NATO needed to transform and improve in four major areas, namely institutional reform, operational concepts, technology, and efficient allocation of resources. Following prepared remarks, he responded to questions from the audience.
