The House Science Committee held a hearing on the future of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). NASA administrator Michael Griffin testified that priorities had been set in accordance with the President’s Vision for Space Exploration. He said that lower-priority programs would be eliminated to ensure adequate funding. Among the other topics the administrator discussed were the international space station, robotic exploration, and the new crew exploration vehicle. close
