Panelists talked about the implications of the rebellion in Libya. Peter Pham in his remarks said that Libyan weapons, including shoulder-fired missiles, are showing up in Somalia and other parts of Africa. Other topics included the different rebel groups entering Tripoli, U.S. and European interests, and the Libyan Transitional National Council’s efforts to bring order to the country. They answered questions from the audience after their discussion.
