Evicted Detroit homeowner Sandra Hines called on Congress to help those going through the mortgage foreclosure process. Other witnesses focused on a report out by the Congressional TARP Oversight Panel which said the Treasury Department's Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) had failed to meet expectations.
