The Independent Inquiry Committee into the U.N. Oil-for-Food Programme released the second interim report and recommendations of its investigation into the activities of U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan and his son, Kojo, who worked in Africa for a company that had an oil-for-food contract. Committee chairman Volcker described the findings and answered reporters' questions.
