Scott Hubbard spoke to reporters about the results of a test in which engineers struck a piece of a space shuttle wing with foam in order to simulate the events of the Space Shuttle Columbia’s liftoff. The test resulted in a large hole in the carbon tile material. Following his remarks he answered questions from the reporters. close
