C-SPAN Radio concludes its series of former Supreme Court Justices oral history interviews on Friday, Feb. 21 with former Associate Justice Thurgood Marshall, interviewed in 1969 for the Lyndon Johnson Presidential Library. Marshall talks about his relationships with Presidents Kennedy and Johnson, and his experiences as the first African American Solicitor General and Supreme Court Justice.
Supreme Court historian Jim O’Hara talks about Marshall’s background, personality and significance.
