Florida Governor Charlie Crist talked by remote video from the site of the National Governors Association 2008 Winter Meeting at the J.W. Marriott Hotel. He talked about the Florida state government reducing the property insurance rates and seperately increasing the ranking of their schools. He talked about efforts to develop an action plan that will stem the state’s escalating foreclosure rate. He also talked about the race for the White House and called on both parties to seat all of the Florida delegates.
