Two legal analysts debated the merits of the Supreme Court’s 2010 Citizen’s United ruling that gave corporations and labor unions the ability to spend unlimited amounts of money in political campaigns. Participants also debated a proposed constitutional amendment to overturn this and other campaign finance-related court decisions.
