Northeastern states attorneys general spoke to reporters about Bush administration plans to curtail restrictions on power plant emissions charging that the proposals violated the federal Clean Air Act. They said they intended to bring lawsuits if the administration proceeded with its plans. Following their remarks they answered questions from the reporters. close
