General Dempsey talked about the sacrifices of the families and their loved ones, and the inspiration he receives from TAPS families. After his remarks, during which some slides were shown, General Dempsey went to another room where he talked with some of the children of TAPS families about the losses of their loved ones, and also sang a couple of songs.
