Racial justice advocates talked about issues important to the black community. Fifty organizations, including the Black Lives Matter network and the Black Youth Project joined forces to support a common agenda of racial justice. The event coincides with the release of a report outlining 40 policy recommendations ranging from police accountability for the shooting and killing of unarmed minorities to comprehensive demands plans to improved education in economically deprived communities. close
