Among the issues they addressed were special concerns in representing the government as a client, court decisions governing the use of executive privilege, and ethical principles for those representing individual office holders and the general public. They also talked about the role of government attorney in criminal matters, national security concerns, and the nature of advice sought by government lawyers. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience.
