The University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism hosted a panel discussion on the Enron collapse of 2001. Karen Denne, former Vice President of Public Relations at Enron, spoke about her experiences working for Enron for four years and her eventual realization that Enron had committed fraud. John Emshwiller, senior national correspondent for The Wall Street Journal, talked about his initial interactions with Enron during the 2001 California energy crisis and his investigation of the company that led to revelations of its fraudulent deals.
