The Cato Institute held a forum on the future of the No Child Left Behind Act. Among the topics they addressed were the future of the legislation, funding by state and federal agencies, national education standards, and implementation of existing legislative priorities and regulation of education programs. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience.
