Alan Krueger talked about the U.S. economy and unemployment rate. In his remarks, he defended President Obama’s budget plan, including raising taxes for the top two percent of wage-earners, and called on the House of Representatives to pass the bill which he says would reduce the anxiety and lower unemployment rate.
