Ms. Davis moderated a panel discussion on the civil rights movement of the 1960s. Authors who had written books about the civil rights movement discussed the administration of former President Lyndon B. Johnson, the work of the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr., and individual examples of discrimination. Following their discussion, the panelists responded to questions and comments from members of the audience.
