Representative Donna Edwards held a health care town hall meeting at Plum Gar Community Center in Germantown, Maryland. She made brief remarks about her personal experiences with different health care financing systems and then answered questions from constituents. At times the boisterous crowd had to be reminded to be quiet so that questions could be heard.
