The Federalist Society held a conference to discuss the role of courts in separation of powers disputes. Solicitor General Starr moderated the panel discussion. Starr gave a brief review of the judicial role in separation of powers disputes. Professor Stephen Carter focused on disputes between the courts and another branch of the Federal government.
