At this event held at the Library of Congress, participants talked about how historians and scholars would depict the events surrounding September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the U.S. They focused on the collection and preservation of material related to the events. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. The participants were Jessica Wiederhorn of the Columbia University Oral Research Office; James Gardener, Associate Director for Curatorial affair at the National Museum of American History; and Greg Umbach, Managing Director of the September 11 Digital Archive. close
