Senate Democratic leaders spoke to reporters following a meeting to consider changing filibuster rules. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said he would file cloture on seven presidential nominations without changing the rules, but that he was still considering the rule change if any of those nominations did not make it past procedural hurdles requiring 60 votes. close
