In the weekly Democratic radio address, Governor Granholm spoke about Bush administration policies regarding manufacturing workers. She said businesses needed the federal government to enforce international trade agreements, help curb the rising cost of health care, protect pensions, and address the high prices of gasoline and home heating fuels.
