Scholars spoke in a forum on the development of democracy in Peru during a symposium on Peru sponsored by the Woodrow Wilson Center. Mr. Sagasti and Mr. Rospigliosi presented information on democratic tendencies and reforms in Peru, and the international policy scholars responded to their remarks.
