Mr. Hoelscher addressed approximately 350 of California’s delegates to the 2004 Republican National Convention. He talked about the schedule and procedures for the convention, as well as the responsibilities of delegates. Slides were shown during the presentation. Mr. Parsky, the California Republican delegation’s chairman, and former Governor Wilson, the honorary vice chairman, also made brief remarks.
