A record number of delays have occured in the past year. Most are due to adverse weather conditions, but even those beyond the control of the airlines have been aggravated for customers by a lack of procedures by the airlines. Over-scheduling by the airlines was cited as the next greatest cause of delays. These delays are location specific.
