Mr. DiRita told reporters about the Foreign Press Conference at which Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Richard Myers attended and spoke about El Salvador’s effort in Iraq and the two Al Qaeda operatives apprehended in Iraq. He then answered questions from reporters on such issues as the drafting of the Iraqi constitution, the impact of the Al Qaeda captures, and American activities in Central Asia.
