First Lady Hillary Clinton talked about her book Dear Socks, Dear Buddy: Kids' Letters to the First Pets, published by Simon and Schuster. Mrs. Clinton announced that proceeds from the sale of the book would go to the National Parks Foundation. The book contained fifty letters from children across the U.S. and eighty photographs of the First Pets. It also contained sections on good pet care and a history of pets kept at the White House. close
