A state judge in Pennsylvania delayed enforcement of Pennsylvania’s new voter ID law, which requires voters to have a valid photo ID, until after the November election. The law was initially upheld by a Pennsylvania court, but because many people had not received their photo ID the judge issued a stay on the law until after the 2012 election. Many states have similar voting laws, but those opposing the law say it is an infringement on citizens' voting rights. Viewer questions were taken via telephone and electronic devices. close
