Richard Finston, who formerly worked at Hughes Aircraft and developed radar systems and intelligence products, gave details of a Governmental Accountability Office (GAO) report on U.S. government cyber vulnerabilities. He also described state-sponsored threats from Korea and China, organized crime, small-time criminal organizations seeking fraud or identity theft, and hackers, and more. He used Powerpoint slides to reinforce his presentation.
