Former ambassador Keyes addressed conservative leaders on issues affecting African Americans. He is the founder and chairman of Black America’s Political Action Committee (BAMPAC). Also addressing the first annual conference of BAMPAC was former Secretary Bennett who spoke about culture, virtues and morality.
