The American Constitution Society’s Georgetown University chapter discussed the case, Tennessee v. Lane, which questions whether Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, passed by Congress in 1990, applies to the states and state public buildings.

The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the case earlier in the day.
