The participants, who all had extensive experience with judiciary administrative issues, addressed a variety of questions about the future of U.S. federal courts including the federal judiciary’s expansion in jurisdiction and size and how it could deal with these changes. They also emphasized that since the judiciary branch was not co-equal with the other two branches, it could not directly control how it dealt with these issues. They also took questions from the audience. close
