Mr. Corbin led a discussion of Richard Sennet’s book, Corrosion of Character: The Personal Consequences of Work in the New Capitalism, published by W.W. Norton. The book looks at the changes in the corporate world that have forced workers to redefine their sense of “career” and is the sequel to Sennet’s 1972 book, The Hidden Injuries of Class. close
