Senior executives and CEOs from award-winning companies participated in a panel discussing community involvement by employees within their corporations. Topics during the roundtable discussion covering corporate volunteerism included the communication between all levels of employees and diversity of programs available. Also included were examples of policies practiced to encourage community service.
