Secretary Napolitano and Dr. Anne Schuchat testified about U.S. responses to H1N1 swine flu outbreak in Mexico and efforts to control the growing pandemic. Among the topics addressed were public health education, border security and the decision not to close the U.S.-Mexico border, the distribution of anti-viral drugs, and the process of developing a vaccine for the virus.
