Rep. Newt Gingrich, House Minority Whip, spoke to the Republican National Convention on economic opportunity in America. Rep. Gingrich lauded the Republican Party for upholding the American Dream for all Americans and criticized the Democratic Party for maintaining a unionized government bureaucracy that subsidizes waste and inefficiency in the American government.
