Professor Neuborne spoke about judicial interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, and specifically the Bill of Rights. He argued that the Bill of Rights could be read better as a structural whole, rather than reading amendment by amendment or clause by clause. He also answered questions from the audience, many of which focused on interpretations of the Second Amendment. close
