The duBois Institute hosted a conference marking the 100th anniversary of the Plessy v. Ferguson U.S. Supreme Court decision which was argued in April 1896. In this session a panel of attorneys involved in all the major congressional redistricting cases discussed their cases. Students from Tuskegee Institute participated by remote connection. close
