The American Conservative Union released its rating on the first session of the 105th Congress. The report rated members on a 0 to 100 scale on 24 votes on various issues in order to reveal the ideological beliefs of each member. David Keene said the ratings indicate less partisan differences in the House and that the Senate had become less conservative. close
